  • JMBM represented a major financial institution in a fire that destroyed numerous floors of their headquarters building in downtown Los Angeles. The resulting fire damage resulted in substantial insurance claims. On behalf of the bank, JMBM handled ongoing, complex negotiations with insurance carriers.
